What are you required to report to TAOM Project team if it occurs while on their Site?*
- Any hazards they have control over
- Any incident that caused harm or had the potential to cause harm, including property damage
- Unsafe acts that have been observed
- All of the above

What is the speed limited within the TAOM Project Site?*
- 20km an hour
- 30km an hour
- 50km an hour
- 25km an hour

What are the rules around smoking on the TAOM Project Site?*
- It is only allowed in designated smoking areas
- Only in vehicles
- It is not allowed at all
- You can smoke where ever you want

Contractor site pre-start meetings are mandatory and held every morning – you are:*
- Required to attend
- Participate in discussions
- Sign to show your attendance
- Not to sign for any other person – signing in for others is considered a serious breach of site

Who is responsible for H&S when you are on the TAOM Project?*
- TAOM

If you need to access the TAOM Project Site what must be done?*
- Use someone else’s access card to enter the area
- No one is allowed in this area
- Nothing, this induction is all that is required
- Complete the induction, gain access card and report to security to gain entry

If Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) is suspected to be present in an area you will be working in, what should you do?*
- Do a safety analysis before starting work
- Test the area with a gas detector before entering
- Carry a gas detector while working in the area
- All of the above

What are the rules around Children accessing the TAOM Project Site?*
- If they are under supervision this is o.k
- As long as someone checks then it is allowed
- No child under the age of 16 is allowed on the TAOM unless express permission has been given by the General Manager of TAOM Partnership Limited.
- They are not allowed to enter

What is the speed limit on Old Coach Road?*
- 30-40km/hr

What are site requirements when entering site – no exceptions?*
- Headlights on at all times
- Adhere to the sign posted speed limits
- Keep left
- Give way to heavy vehicles

What is a reporting requirement onsite?*
- Incidents, accidents, near misses
- Environmental incidents
- Unintentional spills
- Archaeological findings

What are some properties of Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S)?*

Where do will you find the emergency muster point?*

List the general safety rules for TAOM site?*
- Harassment or abuse of people on site will not be tolerated
- No shouting or excessive ”foul” language will be tolerated on site or in public areas
- No work shall take place if there is a possibility that it could cause harm to others
- Unauthorized use or access to other contractor’s equipment or workplaces is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be removed from site
- Advise your employer of any pre-existing medical/physical conditions that may affect your work and/or require you to use any prescribed medication
